    1. Update the Spok Mobile App

      Go to the App Store or Google Play → search “Spok Mobile” → Update

      Open the Spok app → Settings → Registration → Sign In

    2. Review the “Notifications and Alerts” section in the attached iOS instructions or Android instructions.

    3. Update your phone’s operating system and review the O2 page “ITG: Spok Mobile” (via portal.ohsu.edu VPN)

    4. Call ITG Wireless at (503) 494-2222 – they resolve most issues quickly, and tickets for complex problems are usually fixed within 24–48 hours

    5. Consider requesting a work phone from ITG Wireless if your personal device has persistent, unresolvable issues

    If you hit barriers with steps 1–5, please reach out to the Chief On-Call (listed on Amion) so we can help escalate.

    • Ensures you reliably receive consult pages or inpatient service pages

    • Helps your pages send without delays (Sent → Delivered → Read)

    • Allows us to reach you promptly if you are jeopardized for coverage

    IM Residency Feedback Survey
    This survey is maintained and managed by the IM Chiefs. The purpose of this survey is for you to provide feedback on components of the residency program, including: rotations (inpatient and outpatient), didactics, social events, scholarship, wellness, and administration. This is NOT a survey to evaluate specific faculty, residents, or staff; report harassment or discrimination you may have experienced; or to report a patient safety issue.
